Annual Training Requirements

Only Health Options-appointed brokers who have verified that they completed both the Health Options and CMS annual training requirements are eligible to receive commissions for on-exchange business. If you did not attend one of Health Options’ in-person Fall Broker Training sessions, you can access the training online at https://youtu.be/kt1SAheZmNE.  This recording can also be used as an educational tool for new hires in your office. When finished, contact Ariel Thomas, Business Development Coordinator, at athomas@healthoptions.org  or call 207-402-3317.

Brokers who do business on the marketplace must also complete required CMS education. Make sure to email a copy of your completion certificate for 2020 to businessdevelopmentinfo@healthoptions.org.
