Check out our redesigned Member portal and learn more about an opportunity to share your Member experience.

The Member portal provides secure, online access to important healthcare and plan information that makes it easier to manage your account and find the information you need, when you need it.  The enhanced portal includes:

  • Improved navigation tools to look up medications, to browse healthcare providers, and to print your ID card
  • Timely updates of claims and healthcare spending information
  • The newly introduced role of “Family Manager” that allows the subscriber to designate access to family information (go to Profile & Settings/My Family tab)
  • Better presentation on mobile devices

If you’ve never used the portal, you will find that registration takes just a few minutes and site navigation uses a common-sense approach. Click here to sign in.

Important:  Previously designated permissions within the portal will require a reset.  To assign permissions, visit Profile & Settings/My Family tab or click here for directions.

Please note that the Member portal and provider directory work best with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge browsers.  Internet Explorer is no longer supported.

Would you be interested in providing feedback to help improve the overall Member experience with both current and future initiatives?

We are looking for Members who are willing to participate in a 60-minute interview with our user consultant, Freeport Metrics.  In appreciation for your time, each participant who is selected will receive a $50 Amazon gift card. Participants who are not selected for the current study may be contacted for future research studies by Community Health Options.

If you would like to be considered, please send your name (as listed on your Community Health Options ID card) and best contact time and phone number to:

The Maine legislature recently passed four bills, effective September 19, 2019, that pertain to health insurance plans and carriers. These regulations do not require any action by providers but may impact Health Options’ processes, payment, and benefits.
