Open enrollment for 2019 coverage begins on November 1, 2018 for individuals and families across Maine. Visit the Compare Plan Features to preview our 2019 health plans and choose the plan that’s right for you and your family.

As your partner for health, we are dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality benefits that promote health and wellbeing. You’ll find many of our special health programs and several new programs in our 2019 health plans.

New Behavioral Tele Health Services

Beginning in 2019, all Members will have access to our new Health Options Online, a confidential video and telephonic behavioral health counseling service. Health Options Online provides a convenient way for you to quickly see a mental health or substance use disorder specialists through a fully interactive, HIPAA-compliant platform through your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Chronic Illness Support Program (CISP)

Our Chronic Illness Support Program (CISP) is designed to help Members diagnosed with Diabetes, Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Hypertension, and Coronary Artery Disease reduce financial barriers for pharmacy services and routine and usual care. Additionally, Members will have access to our Medical Management services at no additional cost.

Rx Savings

Rx Savings is a free, confidential benefit that provides cost savings opportunities on your covered prescription drugs. To register for Rx Savings, please visit https://cho.rxsavingssolutions.com/.

More Access to Providers

Our broad network and easy-to-use online provider search tool includes every hospital in Maine, many New Hampshire and eastern Massachusetts providers, as well as select centers of excellence such as Dana Farber, Brigham and Women’s, and Boston Children’s Hospital.
