The federal public health emergency has ended. COVID-19 vaccines and testing administered by in-network providers are available at no cost to Members. 

Vaccines: Access and availability to the updated COVID-19 2023-2024 vaccinations will remain at no cost to Members. To find a vaccination site near you, click here.

Treatments: Antiviral medications used in the treatment of COVID-19, such as Paxlovid (nirmatrelvir/ ritonavir) and Lagevrio (molnipiravir) will remain free until supplies purchased by the federal government are exhausted. Once supplies run out, Member cost sharing will apply in accordance with your benefit plan.

Testing: Community Health Options provides coverage, at no cost to Members, for screening and testing when administered by in-network providers. Over-the-counter at home COVID-19 test kits are no longer covered, and employer required testing is not covered.
