Treatment through one of our Site of Care partners also helps lower healthcare costs. As a thank you, Members who switch get a one-time $500 payment, then $100 for every appointment that follows (up to $3,700 per year). Same treatment, better experience.

Will I still get the same medication and treatment plan?

Yes. Your prescribed treatment and medication will stay the same — only the location of your care will change. We understand many people build strong relationships with their current care teams. The good news is that switching doesn’t mean sacrificing quality care. The infusion centers we partner with offer the same treatments in a more convenient, comfortable setting, often with shorter appointments and greater flexibility. 

What if I try the new location and don’t like it?

Your comfort matters. If the new location isn’t a fit, you can talk to us about your options. We're here to support your care every step of the way.

How do I get money for switching?

The first step is to connect with our Care Managers by calling (207) 402-3965 or requesting a call at a time that is convenient for you. They can guide you through making the switch and handle all the paperwork on your behalf. You can expect to receive a $500 payment transferred to you after your first appointment at one of our preferred locations. From there, you'll get another $100 for every future appointment (up to $3,700 per year). 

Will this affect my insurance coverage? Do I need to notify my doctor?

No. The new infusion centers are covered under your existing health plan. Our Care Managers will handle all communication and paperwork between your current and new care teams.

How long does it take to make the switch?

Most transitions are completed quickly (usually within a week or two) once you speak with a Care Manager. We’ll work around your current schedule to ensure a smooth transition without interrupting your treatment.
