When you use our sites of service for labs and imaging centers, you get the best rates as a Member. Choose wisely and avoid overpaying — because great care shouldn’t cost more than it has to.

Where to go for labwork

Looking to save on lab visits? "Labs" generally refer to bloodwork and other diagnostic tests performed in a laboratory.

Members on non-HSA plans have a $25 copay for labs performed at any of the below specified site of service locations. If you have an HSA plan, you'll pay a copay or have coinsurance once you meet your deductible.

Find your X-ray location

Looking to save on X-ray appointments? Members on non-HSA plans have a $75 copay for X-rays performed at any of the below specified site of service radiologist locations. If you have an HSA plan, you'll pay a copay or have coinsurance once you meet your deductible.

Find advanced imaging

Looking to save on advanced imaging? Members on select non-HSA employer group plans have a $250 or $350 copay for MRI, CT, and PET scans performed at any of the below-specified locations. If you have an HSA plan, you'll pay a copay or have coinsurance once you meet your deductible.
