With a friendly mobile app, you have 24/7 access to health support. You can book appointments or chat with your team to ask questions, get referrals or share symptoms with ease.
The option to sign up with FireFly is available with all of our plan offerings — many of our own employees use it as well!

Just quality care when you need it. Starting in 2026, Amwell urgent care visits are $0 for all Members across all plans.
